  "text": "Schedule 7 to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph 1 the following:\n“1A (1) This paragraph applies where a person paying additional contributions for a past period in accordance with Part I or Part III of Schedule 4 revokes his election made under regulation C3 in accordance with paragraph (13) of that regulation.\n(2) Where this paragraph applies, the person is entitled to count as reckonable service—\nA×CB where—\nA is the past period,\nB is the contribution period, and\nC is so much of B as had elapsed by the first day of the month following the date on which the revocation of that election has effect in accordance with regulation C3(13B).”.",
