# The Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 6: Return of repaid contributions


Regulation C14(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the word “return” the words “must be made while the person is in pensionable employment or comparable British service and”.
