Regulation 7 Reckonable service generally

Regulation D1(1) of the principal Regulations is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(d), by deleting at the end the word “and”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(e), by inserting at the end the word “and”; and

(c)

by inserting after paragraph (1)(e) the following:

“(f)

subject to the payment of requisite contributions under Part C, the period counting as reckonable service by virtue of regulation C8A (service in a reserve force).”.
