  "text": "Regulation E8 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (7) the following:\n“(8) For the purposes of this regulation a person is to be treated as having been in pensionable employment during any period for which he was paying additional contributions under regulation C8 or under regulation C8A.”.",
