# The Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 9: Enhancement of retirement benefits in case of incapacity


Regulation E8 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (7) the following:
“(8) For the purposes of this regulation a person is to be treated as having been in pensionable employment during any period for which he was paying additional contributions under regulation C8 or under regulation C8A.”.
