Regulation 14 Death grants

at the end of paragraph (1)(c) the words “and was not in receipt of any retirement pension to which he was entitled by virtue of regulation E4(6) by reason of his incapacity”; and

in paragraph (7)(a) after the words “it is to be paid”, the words “to the person nominated by the deceased to receive the grant or, in the absence of such a nomination,”.
