# The Teachers Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 15: Supplementary death grants


In regulation E20(6)(b) there shall be inserted after the words “it is to be paid” the words “to the person nominated by the deceased to receive the grant or, in the absence of such a nomination,”.
