# The Teachers Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 25: Allocation of part of retirement pension


In paragraph 1 of Part I (contents of declaration) of Schedule 11 after sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(3) The part allocated must not be such as to cause the retirement pension payable to be less than the guaranteed minimum.”.
