# The Teachers Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 5: Resumption of pensionable status


In regulation B7—
(a) in paragraph (1) the words “Subject to paragraphs (5) and (6),” shall be omitted; and
(b) paragraphs (5) and (6) shall be omitted.
