Regulation 1

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995 but shall have effect as from 1st May 1995.

(2)

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation (Consolidation) Regulations 1988^f1.
