  "text": "In regulation E31 —\n(a) at the end of paragraph (4) there shall be inserted the words “and the first payment under this paragraph is to be made on the first date referred to in sub-paragraph (a) or (b) which falls at least one month after the person’s entitlement to benefit took effect”; and\n(b) for paragraph (8)(a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph —\n“(a) where paragraph (6)(a) applies, the due date immediately following the date on which the person’s entitlement to benefit took effect, and”.",
