  "text": "In regulation C10 (right to repayment of balance of contributions) —\n(a) paragraph (1)(a) and the words “in any other case”in paragraph (1)(b) shall be omitted;\n(b) for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following paragraph —\n“(2) The relevant period is the period of one month beginning when he ceased to be in pensionable employment.”.",
