Regulation 17 Modified application in respect of certain NHS transferees

There shall be added at the end of regulation H2 the following paragraph—

“(5)

In relation to certain persons who were formerly members of the National Health Service Pension Scheme these Regulations have effect with the modifications set out in Part VII of Schedule 10.”.

There shall be inserted at the end of Schedule 10 the new Part set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
