# The Teachers’ Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 9: Duplicate pensions


In regulation E9(2) (avoidance of duplicate pensions) there shall be added at the end “or where the other pension is payable under regulation 7 of the Teachers (Compensation for Redundancy and Premature Retirement) Regulations 1997”.
