In regulation C10–

(a)

paragraph (1)(a) and the words “in any other case” in paragraph (1)(b) shall be deleted;

(b)

for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:–

“(2)

The relevant period is the period of one month beginning when he ceased to be in pensionable employment.”.
