# The Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000, Regulation 13: Transitional provision


The amendment made to regulation E21(5) of the 1992 Regulations by regulation 6 above shall not apply in relation to benefits payable in respect of a person who died before 20th November 2000.
