# The Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000, Regulation 6: Family benefits generally


In regulation E21(5) for sub paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:–
“(a) his child born during his lifetime or within 12 months of the date of his death, or his adopted child; or”.
