  "text": "In regulation C1A–\n(a) in paragraph (1 ) for “A teacher” there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph (12) a teacher”; and\n(b) after paragraph (11) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:–\n“(12) Paragraph (1) shall not apply where a teacher is in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B8.”.",
