# The Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 7: Additional contributions to purchase past added years in the case of a deceased teacher


In regulation C4 after paragraph (4) insert the following paragraph:–
“(5) This regulation does not apply to a teacher who at the date of his death was in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B8.”.
