# The Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001, Regulation 9: Repayment of returned contributions


In regulation C13 after paragraph (7) insert the following paragraph:–
“(8) This regulation does not apply to a teacher who is in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B8.”.
