# The Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002, Regulation 14: Glossary of Expressions


In Schedule 1 (Glossary of Expressions)–
(a) after the definition of “Teacher’s pension” there shall be inserted–
“
“Teaching service”
Service as a teacher under a contract of employment.
”; and
(b) after the definition of “War service” there shall be inserted–
“
“Winding down employment”
Shall be construed in accordance with regulation H1A.
”.
