  "text": "In regulation C10 (additional contributions for family benefits), after paragraph (2) insert the following–\n“(3) Parts IIA and III of Schedule 6 have effect for enabling family benefit contributions in respect of a civil partner’s reckonable service before 6th April 1988 to be paid.”.",
