  "text": "(1) Regulation C2 (salary on which contributions are payable – election) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (6)(c)(i) for “regulation C8 or C9” substitute “regulation C9”.\n(3) Omit paragraph (11).\n(4) For paragraph (12) substitute–\n“(12) Paragraph (1) shall not apply where a teacher was in pensionable employment (before 2nd December 2006) by virtue of regulation B9 as it had effect before 1st April 2007.”.",
