Regulation 17 Amendment of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1 (glossary of expressions)—
(a)
after the definition of “The 1999 Act” insert—
“
“The 2004 Act” The Finance Act 2004 ” ; and
(b)
for the definition of “state pensionable age” substitute—
“
“State pensionable age” must be construed in accordance with section 126 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 4 to, the 1995 Act. ”
