  "text": "The following provisions of the 1998 Act shall come into force in relation to England and Wales on 28th February 2001:\nsection 6 to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 2 specified below;\nin Schedule 2—\nparagraph 1;\nparagraph 2;\nparagraph 3(4) for the purpose of making regulations under that sub-paragraph;\nparagraph 3(5);\nparagraph 5(1) for the purpose of making regulations under that sub-paragraph;\nparagraph 6(1);\nparagraph 7; and\nparagraph 8.",
