  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force certain provisions of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 on 28th February, 30th April and 1st June 2001. The provisions are listed in articles 2 to 4. These provisions relate to the disciplinary functions of the General Teaching Council for England and the General Teaching Council for Wales.",
