  "text": "(1) Section A2I (transfer of copyright in standards and assessment plans) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) a standard is approved by the Institute under section ZA11 or an apprenticeship assessment plan is approved by the Institute under section A2, and”.\n(3) In subsection (3), after “standard or” insert “ apprenticeship ”.",
