  "text": "After section A2I insert—\n“Transfer of copyright relating to technical education qualifications\nA2IA (1) This section applies where a technical education qualification is approved under section A2DA.\n(2) The right or interest in any copyright in a relevant course document is, by virtue of this section, transferred from the person to the Institute at the time the approval is given.\n(3) The Institute may assign to another person, or grant a licence to another person in respect of, any right or interest transferred to the Institute by virtue of this section.\n(4) In this section “relevant course document” means a document in relation to which the Institute has made a determination under section A2DA(4)(a).”",
