  "text": "Paragraph 75(2) (misfeasance) is to have effect as if—\n(a) after paragraph (b) there were inserted—\n“(ba) a person appointed as an administrator of the further education body under the provisions of this Act as they have effect in relation to administrators other than education administrators,”,\n(b) at the end of paragraph (c) there were inserted “or”, and\n(c) paragraph (e) (and the “or” before it) were omitted.",
