# Technical and Further Education Act 2017, Paragraph 9


Paragraph 45(2) (publicity) is to have effect as if after paragraph (b) there were inserted—
“(ba) a member of the governing body of the relevant institution,
(bb) any senior post holder or principal of the relevant institution,”.
