Regulation 4 Fees for issuing or supplying a copy of a technical education certificate

(1)

The Secretary of State may charge a fee for issuing a technical education certificate or for supplying a copy of it.

(2)

The fee for issuing a technical education certificate must not exceed £25.

(3)

The fee for supplying a copy of a technical education certificate must not exceed £30.
