  "text": "For the purposes only of the exercise by the Company and its harbour master of powers under articles 3 to 8 of the 1974 Order (which relate to the giving of general and special directions to vessels in the harbour), the limits within which the Company has jurisdiction as harbour authority shall be extended to include the area which is described in the Schedule to this Order and which, for the purpose of identification only, is shown hatched and edged in blue on the signed plan; and in those articles references to the harbour shall be construed accordingly.",
