  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the CHP assessment;\n(b) the CCR assessments;\n(c) the environmental statement;\n(d) the examination library index;\n(e) the existing access plan;\n(f) the indicative demineralised water connection plan;\n(g) the indicative drainage plan;\n(h) the indicative electrical connection plan;\n(i) the indicative gas connection plan;\n(j) the indicative generating station plans;\n(k) the indicative potable water connection and raw water connection plans;\n(l) the indicative landscaping plan;\n(m) the land ownership and interests schedule;\n(n) the land plan; and\n(o) the works plans\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
