Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Teesport (Land Acquisition) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 21st May 2008.
(2)
The Teesport Acts and Orders 1966 to 2008f1 and this Order may be cited together as the Teesport Acts and Orders 1966 to 2008.
