  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Order confers on PD Teesport Limited power to compulsorily acquire land and rights in or over land in the Tees Dock area in connection with the proposed redevelopment of that area. The Order does not authorise the construction of works or any other development.\nA copy of the land plans and the book of reference referred to in the Order may be inspected at the offices of the Company, 17-27 Queen’s Square, Middlesbrough TS2 1AH.",
