  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;\n“owner”, in relation to land, has the same meaning as in the Acquisition of Land Act 1981;\n“public communications provider” has the same meaning as in section 151(1) of the Communications Act 2003; and\n“public utility undertakers” has the same meaning as in the Highways Act 1980.",
