Coming into force 15th May 1987
The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 134 and 135 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 26 to, the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
