  "text": "In this Order —\n“the 1971 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1971;\n“the 1980 Act” means the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980;\n“the development area” means the area of land designated as an urban development area by the Teesside Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1987; and\n“the development corporation” means the Teesside Development Corporation.",
