# The Telecommunication Meters (Approval Fees) (BABT) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 3: Amendment to the principal Order


Article 4(2)(a) of the principal Order is amended—
(a) in respect of any work carried out by BABT on or after 13th August 2001 in the exercise by it of the function of considering applications for which an application fee may be charged, and
(b) in respect of the exercise by BABT on or after 13th August 2001 of the function of being satisfied that a requirement is being complied with for which a continuation fee may be charged,
by deleting “£50.68” and substituting “£83.33”.
