# The Telecommunication Meters (Approval Fees) (BABT) (Amendment) Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This order amends the Telecommunication Meters (Approval Fees) (British Approvals Board for Telecommunications) Order 1992 so as to increase the fees payable for the approval and monitoring of telecommunication meters from £50.68 per man-hour to £83.33 per man-hour.
