# The Telecommunication Services (Channel Islands) Order 2002, Article 2


This Order applies—
(a) to the Bailiwick of Jersey for the purposes of article 3(a) and (c);
(b) to the Bailiwick of Guernsey for the purposes of article 3(b) and (c);
(c) to the United Kingdom and to the Isle of Man for the purposes of article 3(c).
