# Telecommunications Act 1984, Paragraph 65

In section 41(1)(a) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (disclosure of information), after the words “the Director,” there shall be inserted the words “ the Director General of Telecommunications, ” and after the words “the Competition Act 1980” there shall be inserted the words “ or the Telecommunications Act 1984 ”.
