  "text": "In section 3 of the Broadcasting Act 1981 (powers of the IBA)—\n(a) in subsection (1)(c), for the words “British Telecommunications” there shall be substituted the words “ operators of telecommunications code systems ”; and\n(b) in subsection (7), for the words “section 15 of the British Telecommunications Act 1981” there shall be substituted the words “ section 7 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 ”.",
