# Telecommunications Act 1984, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A direction given, or having effect as if given, under section 6(2) or (4) of the 1981 Act which is effective on the appointed day shall have effect as if given to British Telecommunications under section 94(1) or (2) of this Act.
