# Telecommunications Act 1984, Paragraph 29

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An authorisation given, or having effect as if given, by the Secretary of State under section 37, 38 or 39 of this Act on the nomination of British Telecommunications which is effective on the transfer date shall have effect as if given on the nomination of the successor company.
