# Telecommunications Act 1984, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An order made, or having effect as if made, by the Secretary of State under section 37 of the 1981 Act which is effective on the appointed day shall have effect as if made by the Department of Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland under section 33 of this Act.
