# Telecommunications Act 1984, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An application for a vesting order made under section 40 of the 1981 Act which is effective on the appointed day shall have effect, as from that day, as if made with the consent of the Director under section 36 of this Act; and the provisions of the said section 36 shall apply accordingly.
