# The Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st March 2000.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.
