Coming into force
except as provided in regulation 1(b) 1st January 2000
as provided in regulation 1(b) 1st April 2000
The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated in pursuance of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to telecommunications, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
