# The Telecommunications (Interconnection) (Carrier Pre-selection) Regulations 1999, Regulation 1: Citation and Commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Interconnection) (Carrier Pre-selection) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force as follows:
(a) except as provided in sub-paragraph (b), on 1st January 2000;
(b) in respect of the BT Licence, on 1st April 2000.
